I don’t recommend using a salad dressing that you buy in a bottle from the shop – they have a lot of sugar, colorings, and preservatives. I suggest that you make your dressing at home, right before serving the salad: in this way you keep the Vitamin C that is almost totally lost in half an hour and the oils are fresh and not oxygenated…
This dressing is easy to make, doesn’t take much time to prepare and the taste can be totally altered by using different herbs and spices, depending on the salad you make.
Veggies are a must for good health: doctors recommend 9 to 12 servings a day! It is obvious that we can’t have all of that each day but we can definitely cook them in different and delicious ways.
